Enjoy some lemons

Citrate, a salt in citric acid, binds to calcium and helps block stone formation. "Studies have shown that drinking ½ cup of lemon juice concentrate diluted in water each day, or the juice of two lemons, can increase urine citrate and likely reduce kidney stone risk,"

BURE welcomes our new community members

First (bee)hive of great farmers in our county

At least a third of the world’s agricultural crops depend on these unpaid workers, the UN agency says on its website. Crops that require pollination include coffee, cocoa and many fruit and vegetable types.

Idea Behind BURE communities

As we know the fruits, vegetables and other food items are adulterated and contaminated these
days by pesticides and ever growing use of fertilizers and many people want to grow veggies in
their own backyard. Along with that the fast and routine life in metros coupled with polluted air
and water make life full of diseases. That’s why many people want to change that lifestyle and
look for sustainable living, however because of limited resources, space and lack of knowledge,
People don't find many options

That’s where we at BURE brought the idea of community living wherein the same group of
people can accomplish their goals and make healthy life a reality amidst Nature
