I am writing this in reference to about the proposal of our pg service. In SAI BABA PG SERVICES there is NO BROKERAGE charges and We also Challenge For Food Quality To All PG'S.
In the Room amenities we provide Attached Bathroom with geyser mirror, shower, washbasin, window in every room and Balcony. THREE-TIME Food and TWO Time Tea (morning and evening) . After dinner we provide either MILK / ICE-CREAM / SHAKE.
WE also provide COFFEE machine from 9:00 PM TO 5:AM Free of cost.
24 hr WIFI Facility is there and CCTV Footage Facility is also provided, every student can check the footage online via an APP. Room is Fully Furnished like bed-box with mattress, Bed sheets, Pillow with Pillow cover, Almirah, table- chair, book rack etc.
AC Rooms are also available all the electricity bill is in room rent but from april to September the AC charges is there according to the separate room meter.
For maintaining the quality of our Food we also have Food Remarks register and house keeping register and laundry register in which we take the daily remarks from the every students according to their satisfaction.
WALKING DISTANCE FROM laxmi nagar metro Is hardly 3 to 5 minutes
We provide one, two and three seater room the charges are following:
ONE Seater : 12000- 15000 with all facility that is mentioned above
TWO Seater : 7000-12000 ( room size 12x12)
THREE Seater : 7000-8000(room size 12x16)
FOUR SEATER 6500-7000 ( 12×24)
