The Royal Oak was established in the year 2003 as a 5 star services organization catering to top and dignitaries Industries, senior IAS/IFS officers and celebrities; living in political holiday homes built by another group company in its holiday townships. Part of Eklavya Group (Since1863), the conglomerate of various other industries including Pulp & Paper, Sugar Industries, Townships development

and investment in large IT companies across the world is the main group business activities. Eklavya Group is now embarked on a mission to establish The Royal Oak as its flagship company with an initial investment of 136 crores. The group envisages a modern future based business concept of Customer Partnership based five star chain of resorts across the globe with three ultra modern large resorts currently under full scale construction. The Business Model is driven out of various government models across globe adopted during recession times in their countries i.e., Partner & Share, Growth & Profits by inclusion of external Investors. The Investors/Resort Unit Buyers will have accebility and visibility to company’s Profit & Loss Account as and when desired and post suggestion in its day to day working. A Complete Destination Family Resort run by professionals and financially managed by Investors. The Royal Oak has prepared a master plan and identified the locations to initiate construction of 72 such complete destination family resort, mainly in India and also across the globe.
