We are very excited to introduce our new team for the session 2020-21. Our team would be working to add value to the board and improve the facilities provided by BHM. Dear Students,
The Director, Prof. Ramgopal Rao, will be holding a live session on Saturday, 11th April between 4PM-6PM. The portal would be communicated shortly. Dean (Student Affairs) and Dean (Academics) would also be joining the session. They will be answering questions on the current situation and what the administration plans to do further.

Here are some updates from director regarding the actions taken by institute issued by BSP - Board for Student Publications, IIT Delhi. I hope this answers the questions that students are worried about. Please look for regular communication from the Institute to know the status. Don't spread or believe in rumours.
Its our humble request to all the students and staff please behave responsibly and don't panic.

Kindly help us in collecting feedback of institute outlets so that we can proceed to take the necessary steps and bring change. Please select only for those outlets where you've gone at least once. Note: Checks will be made to ensure that the responses are legitimate.

Following are some equations to help you select :
Unsatisfactory = Enough time and feedback has been given to the outlet. Remove it.
Neutral = Provide feedback to the outlet and give it some time to improve.
Satisfactory = Good enough. Outlet deserves to stay.

We understand that the form is quite brief. Further investigation will be done for the required outlets after the results of this form.

IIT Delhi celebrated Independence Day with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervor. Our honorable director Prof. V Ramgopal Rao unfurled the tricolor flag and all in unison sang the National Anthem and expressed the joy of our freedom. The Director addressed the gathering appealing to their nationalistic spirit and urging them to take pride in being an Indian and fulfilling one’s duty with responsibility.
This was followed by the wonderful performance by children of Nursery and KV school IIT Delhi, Music Club, Hindi Samiti club and award distribution ceremony
The program concluded with the vote of thanks followed by refreshments.

Dear all,

As you might’ve heard, we will be having the BHM Night in the Biotech Lawns (Main Building Lawns) this year. This might be one of the few times that we get to experience any event at the location. One of the most beautiful lawns in the city, it is always a pleasant experience to enjoy the expanse of the open sky and clouds passing by the iconic Main Building while lounging in the lawns.

With a great venue though comes great responsibility and we leave the fate of the lawns to you. As much as we hate to burst the party bubble, we request all the trophy winning hostels to please avoid dancing in the non-carpeted areas (the road and the carpeted areas are still open and eagerly awaiting your celebratory cheer and dancing). Please avoid littering food, beverages, and other items. Let us make it a memorable night for us all and perhaps even the start to the future use of the lawns for more such events!
