Hello Hostellers, ,

Hope you are doing good with your family.

You all know a cyclone hit west bengal in past few days impacting the 24 parganas the most. 8 of Our mess workers out of 32 have their lives impacted by this. 5 of them are hit hard as their home is devastated. Geetanjali from 4th year of current batch tried to initiate a move to help them out and providing some relief to them. We recently contributed some amount to them for corona crisis, but that was for all 32 workers. This initiative is for 5 to 8 workers of bengal only. Once again they need our help, bur can't ask all of you because some of you already contributed last time. Please try to reach her directly for account details or ping me directly for it, if you want to contribute to these 5-8 workers.

Hi Hostellers,

We were able to arrange 2.03 lakhs for our mess/canteen workers collectively, each one of 31 will get around 6550 rs. We will post again if they need any further help. Thank you very much for your kind support.

Hello Hostellers,

Hope you all are doing good in this corona time. We need your help to help who fed us during our three/four year of our college time, our mess workers. As you know hostel is closed from past 2 months and will be closed for at least next 3 4 months. We have a total of 32 workers in our mess who are not doing good economically. Few of them are in hostel, rest of them are in their village. But with no source of income it is very difficult to survive in this time. Please go to your respective whatsApp groups and find out about them or you can message me here, , i will provide you the details if you want to help mess workers.
