Goan hinterland near Valpoi, Sattari, Goa. Following this objective corporate establishment the group decided to acquire additional properties in Panjim or immediate neighborhood and launch it’s first concept Boutique hotel, positioned as a ‘small elite residency’ styled personalized service oriented resort facility, where the management plans to market premium holiday Destination packages to cater to select tour groups amongst elite foreign and domestic tourists. Thus a project was conceived in 1998 to acquire an old Goan/Portugese heritage building and start an elite hotel service in the name of ENVIRO GREEN Resorts.
