Originally from Kolkata, the once busy first capital city of India during British occupation, we are settled in Delhi for the past 18 years and come over to experience Goa as much as we can. This European styled apartment complex built by Acron, a well-respected developer in Goa for over 20 years, boasts of 2 full length swimming pools, a tennis court, a decked up club house with a full loaded and functional gym, sauna and whirlpool bath, and a lovely open terrace for hosting your social gatherings. There are over 8 individual manicured gardens, a long clean driveway devoid of any dirt or dead leaves providing ample parking space along the entire stretch of this well maintained apartment complex. Additionally, the entire area has 24 hr. Our, or should we say your home is tucked away in the lushest green corner of the complex with two big beautiful balconies overlooking the tennis court, the club house and the beautiful birds chirping away on the Mango and Berry trees. *SIOLIM*
Siolim is close to all the most frequently visited spots in and around North Goa. It takes only 15 minutes to reach the Calangute and Baga beaches. World famous night markets like INGOs and Mackie's, clubbing zones like Tito's, Mambo's , Club Cabana etc., Vagator (where the SUNBURN FEST and WOODSTOCK INDIA BIKE WEEK are held) with its innumerable restaurants serving local and international cuisine are all within a few minutes' drive. The local market-place and larger restaurants are just a short hop away by bike or car. World famous beaches like Vagator, Anjuna, Baga, Calangute, Candolim are towards the south and calm unexplored beautiful beaches like Morjim, Ashvem, Querim, Mandrem, Arambol and Tiracol are to the north of our home. The beaches are equidistant on either side and are reachable within 10 to 25 minutes driving in the same order. Go fishing by the Chapora River or buy sea fresh fish alive in Siolim market right from the fishing boats or hire a houseboat (seasonal) and go sailing in the Siolim backwaters. If you are looking for a little adventure, go trekking to see a small church perched atop the mountain close by and also see a panoramic view of the surroundings. Beaches, pubs, discs and go-karting, rock climbing, scuba diving, kite surfing and a variety of other adventure sports are all within reach.

It has a unique mix of Indian and Portuguese cultures and architecture that attracts an estimated 2.5 million visitors each year (including about 400,000 foreign tourists)

Feel free to enjoy all the amenities provided to you responsibly and without disturbing other inhabitants of the community. To avoid any booking related issues, please make sure the number of guests staying home does not exceed the number mentioned in the booking confirmation. Please keep noise down especially after 11pm at night. Your vehicle(s) have access to designated open parking outside the main gates, and you should not drive inside the premises. Please observe pool timings 8am - 8pm and don't eat, drink or smoke around the pool. Outsiders not staying in Villa Eva are strictly barred from using the pools, health club or other aminities. Please do not play in the lawn. Use the back balcony attached to the living room (not the front balcony attached to the bedroom) to dry clothes and linen as it is unsightly for other homeowners. Please do not flush anything other than human waste down toilets as this will cause damage to the sewage treatment plant. Please turn off all electrical and water outlets when you leave home. When using the gym, observe hygiene by wiping down equipment after use. Additionally, nobody under the age of 16 should use gym equipment. The Villa Eva staff is not permitted to do any private work for guests. Please place all rubbish at the bottom of the stairs beside the car parking. You are requested to lock all doors and windows when going out and to bed, and not leave keys in locks as you are responsible for your own personal belongings. You will be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by you, to the house or the property in general. The host will not be responsible for any injury or ill health resulting from the use of any of the facilities or for accidents occurring within the premises. You are also requested to observe the government rules and regulations in respect to registration, alcohol and substance use, fi****ms, codes of behavior etc. Bringing or using fi****ms, narcotics or other controlled substances at home or anywhere inside the property is strictly prohibited and a punishable offense under law.
