JOURNEY TO ETERNITY
An infinite diamond mass is floating in remote of the sky. The diamond mass is twinkling in colours. Beautiful heaven. Tranquil heaven and peaceful heaven. The meeting place of the sacred souls. After death, the souls of the lives are destined to live in heaven and hell according to their deed during living time. Heaven is the final destination of every human soul.
Discipline is perfect in heaven. The twinkling diamond is full of greenery also. Among the greens lie infinite lines of small huts. They are the abodes built for sacred ones. One single abode for one soul. Separate huts for separate souls. The heaven accommodates all those who acted as per rules designed by the God. The huts built for human souls are lying almost empty now a days. All those occupied were filled centuries ago. There are a very few occasional new entries. New huts are built for other souls only. Among the huts, there is a big assembly hall in the centre.
The assembly hall is busy today as usual. The God is signing the ‘Citizenship Certificate of eternal abode’ himself and issuing the same to the deserving souls. In the right corner, Swami Vivekananda is seating calm and cool. Swami Vivekananda is silently signing in the recommendation of all souls. Swami’s humbleness is of different level. According to his opinion, everyone whomsoever is sent to heaven should be allocated a hut. So, he is signing each and every form as recommending authority. An administration does not run perfect this way. God knows it very well as the Perfect Administrator. He therefore has appointed Nelson Mandela as verification authority. God loves Swami but relies on Mandela. God signs the certificate only if Mandela too signs as verification authority.
Of course, God is relaxed now a days. There is less flow of souls to heaven due to various rule violation on earth. Among them, human souls share the major chunk. For every being the cycle is same. Birth, deed and destination. Population is increasing on the earth. But, resources of livelihood remain the same. This demand and supply gap is increasing day by day. Human being falls easy prey to situational traps. Situations are compelling human being to commit violation. After adopting hard practice of ethics also, people fail sometimes. So, human being today fails to avail this enticing berth at heaven except a few.
Today also the assembly hall is functioning. The hall is full of souls hailing from animals, birds, reptiles etc. Everyone on duty is relaxed and performing duty silently. Suddenly, God opens his eyes wide!! He brings the form close to his eyes and reads carefully with full concentration. The form is citizenship certificate for newly visiting souls, which reads “This certificate of citizenship is issued to ETERNAL SOUL OF PRASAD on this day after his satisfactory compliance of duty on earth”.
The certificate is signed by both Mandela and Swami. And then it is placed for approval by his Almighty. The Supreme Being is confused as to what to do. After a long gap, a human soul is arriving at heaven. In such a demand and supply gap of resource, how a human being can comply duty rules on earth!!!
Tring….Tring….Tring…. God dialed Jom’s (God of hell in Indian mythology) mobile number. But, not received. Instead a reply message blinked on the mobile screen of God.
“On the close of this year, today I have issued the first travel passport for a human being of the year. I am little drunk in happiness and will call you tomorrow.
Regards,
Jom”.
Jom Saheeb is not receiving phone calls today. God falls in dilemma as to what to do. Helpless situation. God keeps the certificate aside till Jom Saheeb confirms tomorrow. Instead, ordered Mahatma Gandhi to accommodate Prasad in the guest house for the night.
