The interiors, a well-balanced mix of modern architecture with traditional blends, is inspired from our traditional Kodava ancestral homes called 'Ainmane' and the abundant elephants of the western Ghats. Sketches of Kodava tradition and culture by renowned artist Mrs. Trish Taylor Ponappa adorn the walls of the restaurant.
Enjoy soft & succulent sannas with some Coorg style chicken curry or chutney for breakfast. For lunch, why not start with some Russian salads and soups, then some Chinese chilli fish and pepper mushrooms and complete the meal with a main course of some Indian breads and curries. Like cherry on a cake, end with mouth-watering tender coconut payasam and carrot halva.
