With his valuable experience in caring for our cows, goats, chickens and other farm animals. Rajat has joined us with a shared vision of nurturing, improving and taking Moonbeam Farm to new heights.

When Ish*ta visited Moonbeam Farmstay, she carried back nearly a kilogram of our coffee beans. Back home, she patiently followed the entire process of transforming those raw beans into a cup of coffee and what a joy it was to discover how beautifully it turned out.
Her heartfelt reviews of the rich, satisfying taste truly moved us. While we have always been more rooted in tea, her experience inspired us to consider planting a small batch of coffee for our own consumption. With café culture steadily flourishing, growing our own coffee now feels like a natural and exciting step.
Thank you, Ish*ta and Satyawan for the inspiration. We look forward to seeing you again- hopefully next time, we’ll be ready to serve you our very own farm-to-table coffee.

There is no better sight after a busy day of travel than seeing our community women take their first conscious steps toward managing plastic waste.
We may just be starting and we are certainly still learning but seeing this initiative firsthand is incredibly heartwarming.
​Progress begins the moment we decide to take that leap and face our challenges head-on.
I am so proud of my dear Eing , , Munna Anue, Aunty Tamit Lepcha and Nimkit Bhowju. You are the heart of the Moonbeam Zero-Waste Team.
We have a long journey ahead but this is how change happens- by starting with action instead of staying lost in doubt.
