Daawat-e-Wazwaan
The Clarens Hotel, Gurgaon is hosting a Kashmiri Food Festival Daawat-e-Wazwaan from the 11th - 21st December 2014.
Hot cups of kahwa, succulent Gosht platters, Kashmir Tujh (Kashmiri Barbeque), this winter The Clarens Hotel celebrates flavours of Kashmir with Master Chef Khursheed. The Wazas of Kashmir who have traveled from the beautiful valley are waiting to share their best food with the diners.
The traditional Kashmiri cooking is known as Wazwan, which is rich and aromatic, replete with an unmatched flavour. Its preparation is considered an art and Kashmiris regard Wazwan as the pride of their culture and identity.
Our ten-day long feast aims at experiencing the legendary Kashmiri Wazwan perfected by Chef Khursheed and his team, using the most exotic of spices from the region.
