Imperial Park was founded in August 2011 as an ideal stay option for corporate travellers being next door to Unitech Cyber Park & Institutional hub of Sector 44. It’s proximity to super-speciality hospitals like Fortis, Max and Medanta make it a good choice for medical tourism.
In 2016 the management was taken over by Chandrika Sultania and over the next three years there has been constant revamp & restructuring to enhance the property’s ambiance and amenities. Over this period all the rooms have been revamped, an elevator running across 4 floors has been added, the elevator & staircase both have been taken to the terrace level and plans are to open a terrace restaurant in the future. A banquet to host functions, conferences, trainings, workshops, etc has been added as well.
Chandrika has a vision to open such boutique yet budget properties across the country to cater to a discerning audience that favours elegantly designed, amenity loaded, service oriented stays.
