We were at Naad Wellness last week, only 2 hours away from Delhi and what makes it so wonderful is that staying here is like being cocooned in serenity. It is not only the many therapies offered that help heal you but even the little nooks and crannies exude peace - the yoga studio where we cleanse our body of negative energy and bask in the vibrations of our collective chants or the little fountains outside whose gushing seems to awash a sense of calm over us.
