Guest arrived at midnight 1.30 am DTD 22.11.24

On arrival Guest asked me for geyser for hot water bath.So i had told them to use electric kettle for hot water.I told them this thing you must check with us before booking.Then guest want to cancel booking for next day and i accept this.

Next day afternoon on dtd 22nd nov guest check out without paying balance amount from our property..
