172 LBS - A Boutique Guest House is a beautiful property in Guwahati, the gateway to the Northeast region of India; and accommodates a total of seven air-conditioned rooms that are equipped with all essential requisites for a comfortable stay, including complimentary Wi-Fi connectivity to its patrons . Conveniences available in the rooms include drinking water, LED television, wardrobe, dressing table, attached bathroom with hot/cold running water, and an adjoining balcony. Other facilities in the Guest House include a separate spacious common sitting area for all, an open rooftop kitchen, a terrace lounge and a fitness corner. Guests are offered meals in the designated dining area, on the terrace. Guests are also provided with grooming & beauty services, medical aid, travel assistance, and housekeeping during their stay.
There is also a spacious and air-conditioned Conference Hall, with a comfortable seating arrangement for about 18 to 20 people. Some of the facilities provided include White Boards with Marker-pens, Public-Address equipment , Internet access, Laptop hook-ups, tea/coffee station, etc.
NEIGHBOURHOOD: There are several good Shopping Plazas & Malls, Eating joints, Museums, Multi-specialty Hospitals, Educational Institutions, etc., close by. Taxis and E-rickshaws are available and connect well within the city.
