At Squeeze our restaurant at The Lime we always believed in having Safe, Hygienic Food preparation. In these Pandemic times no wonder we have upped our Hygiene standards to now include:
1. Sanitizing each nook & cranny of our kitchen space
2. All Cutting spaces also sanitized at regular points of time
3. Washing Pans with sanitizer solution before cooking in it
4. All our Kitchen staff wears Gloves, Masks, Chefs hats before handling any raw materials for food preparation
5. Fruits & Vegetables washed in luke warm water with sanitizer
6. Hot food is then vaccum wrapped so it does not touch any other surface
