4) SPECIFICATIONS ON EITHER SIDE OF HYDERABAD - WARANGAL NATIONAL HIGHWAY
1. Approximately 300 Residential Ventures and Resorts are existing inthousands of acres of land on either side of the Hyderabad to Warangal National Highway.
2. Approximately 120 passenger trains will pass through Bhongir Railway Station covering Southern, Northern & Eastern Regions. The Bhongir town is in HMDA limits, that means, the venture is in Hyderabad city purview. Infact, the HMDA is expanded its city limits upto 5965 sq.kms. duly merging 5 districts, in which 54 surrounding mandals which contains 600 villages vide G.O.I. No: 274 (MA & VD) dt: 20/04/2007.
According to the Master Plan drafted by HMDA in the month of July 2011 (Now CD's are available in HMDA, TARNAKA Office for sale at Rs.100/-) and taking in to consideration that the population will increase upto 1.84 crores approximately in coming 20 years in Hyderabad city. Hence, the land area is also required accordingly for various requirements to accommodate the population comfortably. Hence HMDA expanded it's limits.
Since we are concerned with Bhongir town only, since bhagyanagar Venturehence I am giving you information about Bhongir's only MASTER PLAN as notified videG.O.Ms. No: 242 MA dt: II/05/1989; the Bhongir is a urban center on N.l—l. 202 (Hyderabad to Warangal) recognized by the HMDA along with other urban centers, since then the infrastructural developments are going on, like widening the BT road into 6 track road way MMTS trains are also sanctioned upto Bhongir, and present Railway Station is upgrading to Biggest Railway Station for passenger terminal and also HMDA planned to construct Freight (Goods loading and unloading) terminal in 550 acres of land, which is near to our venture.
Regarding Bhongir, town one side of the town there is a bigger hill spread over 162 acres, secondly a National Highway i.e., NH 202 will pass through the town,and thirdly a bypass road is also laid nearly in 100 acres.
