Meet - Aashiq a.k.a. The Gentle Giant - The Indian and Mughlai cuisine that comes out of our kitchen is a result of this man’s consistent effort along with our captain; Shri Mahfooz Khan.

Aashiq is 6ft tall, broad and has a heavy baritone. None of that helps him much in negotiation (life in general) because of his childlike demeanour and innocent heart. It is his defence mechanism to come across as a tough dude but the minute he conjures a sentence in his mind and the words spill out of his mouth, the truth becomes evident.

He is a softy at heart and an amazing human being. I have been trying to teach him ‘silence is golden’ & ‘smile is mysterious’. I wish and hope that he starts using these new weapons in 2026. All the best Aashiq. Lots of love from all of us. ❤️

Why Jaipur in Summers? Well first of all room rentals are on an all time low. So best deals are here for you. Secondly, all the iconic destinations that’s flooded with waves of tourists is now practically empty. For example; you can sit on top of Isarlat (this Minar) and write your personal memoirs. No one is going to bother you. You want to dress up and make reels with these World Heritage Sites? Yes you can and no need to cut close, you can go as wide as possible. :)

In all, while winters is the most welcoming weather to experience all that Jaipur has to offer in terms of architecture, food, music and culture. Summers are even better. Of course it is challenging but if you plan right, use early mornings and evenings properly then it can become the most immersive experience which will last a lifetime. You will learn how to adapt in extreme conditions. Eat and drink what locals do to keep themselves cool in summers. Bring your books that have been smelling dirt on that bookshelf since you bought it last summer on a flight back home. Most importantly carry the will to explore and gift yourself some fine siesta time every afternoon in a park, next to a lake or simply lazing around in one of our rooms with your favourite muse. It can be a ukulele, a book, an easel or your yoga mat. We welcome all kinds. ❤️🥁🌈

Bonhomie of diverse culture and stories from medieval history will be celebrated all summer, around breathtaking architecture of this young and modern city.
