As we firmly believe that if you check in as a guest and check out as a friend, then only we have achieved our standards and that is what we always focus upon and our hospitality never let down your expectation. Jaypore360 is very ideally located; we are just 7 minutes’ drive
from the airport, Durgapura railway station is just 5 minutes’ drive, Gandhinagar Railway station is just 10 minutes’ drive, Narain Singh Circle Bus stop is just 10 minutes’ drive and City center and Jaipur Junctions are 20 minutes’ drive. Commercial centers like World Trade Park, Gaurav Tower, Genpact, and Fortis Hospitals are on walking distance. Many famous food joints Pizza Hut, Mcdonalds, Burger King, Kebab & Curries, Lazy Mojo, City Heights, and others are on walking distance. Few prominent gyms like Gold and Quantum are also on walking distance. Local transportation is very convenient in Jaipur to reach Jaypore360 Homestay you can easily get Ola, Uber, Local taxi, auto or Tuk tuk. These days two wheelers on rent are also available even that can be used to roam around; surprisingly we have noticed that guests also wish to experience the local public transport and the good news is that even these designated stands are also on walking distance. We are pure vegetarian accommodation and as per our guests (domestic and international both) we serve excellent food, which needs to be conveyed to us in advance (for breakfast you need to tell us previous day, for dinner you need to tell us in the morning) since the food is cooked in our family kitchen along with our food. As of now we serve Lunch, only in very very special case; otherwise we wish to avoid it. We always request our guests to tell us in advance, if they have any food limitation since our meals are always a surprise, we never reveal the menu in advance, but your preferences are welcomed. We have beautiful sitting areas where guests can read, write, enjoy meals and chit chat with us. You can follow us and see different food preparations as we post on our Facebook or Instagram pages, though we are not very regular with these social media but yes on and off we keep trying our hands on it. While processing the booking it is always advisable to let us know whom you are accompanied with that helps us to arrange room accordingly. Since it is our house, hence we do have some standard time and we wish our guests should adhere them to come in and go between 0600 hr to 2200 hr. Our rooms have different bed types like Twin, Hollywood Twin and Large. We try to block rooms / beds as per the pre-booking information to avoid inconvenience to the guests. Our all rooms & entire premises is are non smoking. Since we are women friendly hence, I personally take care of the necessities like Air Conditioner, TV, Geyser, Tea kettle, Small refrigerator, Shampoo, Soap, Moisturizer, tea bag, coffee sachet, sugar sachet, and other woman essentials. The room cleaning is done daily but the linen of room and bathroom are changed once in 3 days and the washroom is also cleaned once in 3 days. Since Jaipur doesn’t have major power issue hence we don’t have power backup as of now. If you are travelling with a travel company or Travel agency, then you will have all the information about Jaipur and our place. Whereas if you are traveling on your own or if the booking is processed by you directly then we will try our level best to share adequate information so that you can travel beautiful Pink City in the most suitable way. My Father in Law is a retired government official who can predict your future (as a hobby and subject to his time availability) if you have correct time and date of birth. He needs Horoscope for the calculation, if you do not have one, they we will have to get it printed and you can pay for it. My Mother In Law is a homemaker and with her smile you will never feel tired despite of your hectic day during your business trip or a full day sightseeing tour on your leisure trip. My daughter is an unstoppable talking train, who can keep you busy for the entire day. My husband is a businessman dealing in Food and other FMCG items, whenever his schedule allows, he gives 100% attention to the guests. I am a teacher in High School and my core subject is Geography. The only thing common in my family is that we all are perfect host. Our house is a small cozy place where we have tried to give spaces like garden, terrace, and common area where one can relax and enjoy. Over the period we have read different books and our collection has been kept for guest, our guests keep giving us input which help us to increase our collection. Just like any other homestay even we also have few rules which needs to be followed, while staying with us. This is for the convenience of my family as well as other guests who are staying with us.
Documents : to the house authority to complete the legal formalities. o For Indians : On arrival give your government Id (Adhaar / Voter Id / DL)
o For Foreign nationals : On arrival give your passport & visa
Entry & Exit & Presence :
o Only Females or couples are allowed to make the booking. o Number of guests while check in must match the number of guests in the request else the booking is subject to cancellation on the guest’s cost. o Check in time is 1300 hrs and check out time is 1100 hrs. o Prior information of arrival and departure needed. Always advice the right time if check in & Check out for the smooth operation. o During the stay Last entry is allowed by 2200 hrs. Prior intimation needed for any delay. o Try to keep house authority informed about your entry and exit for your convenience. o Non Residents will not be allowed in the guests room. This to ensure the privacy and safety of the other homestay guests. o Tipsy Residents are not allowed in the premises. Bringing or consuming Alcohol / Smoke / Drugs is not allowed. Pets are not allowed in the premises. Violation of this rule will attract legal action by the house authority. The same shall apply to visitors also. Any type / kind of illegal conduct is not permissible. If this rule is violated then guests will be asked to leave and a complaint will be registered to local judiciary. o Residents will not be allowed to bring any outsider in the premises without a prior permission. The residents are not permitted to keep guests in their rooms. o Residents can meet the visitors on ground floor, standing out of the premises on the road for meeting somebody or bringing the visitor beyond ground floor are not permissible.
Belongings & Safety :
o Residents themselves will be responsible for the safety of their personal articles as well as the safety of articles issued to them by the house for their use. House authorities will not be responsible for any loss of money, jewelry, or personal belongings of any Resident. Residents are advised to keep any cash/jewelry or any valuable / important / costly items in the room cupboard and keep it locked. o No Resident shall bring or store any firearm, ammunition, explosive and inflammable goods on the premises of the house. o Bed room and bathroom are equipped with Basic amenities. o Housekeeping services provided only on request. o Amenities will be replenished on demand. o Lost room key (room or almirah) is subject to a penalty of INR 1500/-. o Linen will be changed on demand otherwise once in 3 days. o Roof access will not be allowed after 2200 hr.
Expectation :
o Unnecessary use or wastage of water / electricity is prohibited. (these natural resources should be used wisely)
o All electrical apparatus etc will have to be switched off by the residents positively, if not in use.
Responsibilities :
o Transistor/Tape/Radio/MP-3 can only be used with ear-phone, keeping in view the facilities/disturbance of fellow resident. o Silence: Strict silence shall be observed in house from 2300 hrs to 0700 hrs. o All the residents should co-operate each other, abide by the rules and regulations of the house and make every efforts to maintain the decorum of the house. o Cleanliness and maintaining hygienic atmosphere is responsibility of every guest. o Dress Code: The Residents should be decently dressed when they are out of rooms.
Cyber
o Internet : heavy download and storage is not welcomed. o Any illegal internet activity is fully prohibited. o It is compulsory to take meals in the dining Hall. No meals shall be allowed in the rooms.
# All the rules and regulations are liable to be changed, if required by the house authority. As of now during pandemic (covid19) time we are taking care of extra measures so that guests can enjoy safe stay. All the measures will be conveyed to the guests while booking and same will be uploaded on and of basis on different social media platforms.
