At Swadesh, our Gujarati thali is served in a traditional sequence, with each course celebrating the region’s flavours, seasons, and wisdom.
Prepared by Narmada Kaki, our oldest islander who has been with Woods at Sasan since the beginning, the thali draws from generations of local culinary knowledge and ingredients harvested from our edible gardens and food forest.
