Apple Cinnamon Cold Soup:
Ingredients:
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• 3 thick slices of white bread, crusts removed
• ½ large Apple with skin, deseeded and roughly chopped
• 5 tbs olive oil
• 4 tbs white wine vinegar
• 1 ¾ pints of water
• Cinnamon powder

Put the Bread into a bowl and cover it with cold water. Soak for 5 seconds, and then drain the bread, squeezing out the moisture
