A February escape to the hills of Karjat, now at a special seasonal rate.

Stay at Waddo Susegaad for ₹2800 per person (regular ₹4000), with a special group rate of ₹2500 per person for 12+ guests.

Your stay includes high tea, dinner, breakfast, and lunch from our locally curated menu, with authentic Goan and Malvani seafood available on request. Limited February availability, reserve your dates early.

At Waddo Susegaad, nothing happens without heart.

Mohan is the soul of this home. Always around, always smiling, always ready to help. From looking after the property to making sure every guest feels comfortable, he treats this place like family.

And then there’s Mama. Mohan’s father. A man deeply rooted in the land. He knows the surroundings like the back of his hand. Which plant is used for what, how flavours come together, and the old ways of cooking that have been passed down over generations.

This winter, the kitchen comes alive with potpie nights. A seasonal speciality, prepared slowly, with care. Mohan and his wife work together, cooking local food the traditional way, while Mama guides the process with stories, knowledge, and experience.

This is more than a meal.
It’s local cuisine, shared wisdom, warm evenings, and true susegad living.
