Tucked away in a beautiful fishing village kuzhipally. The property is surrounded by water on all three sides and walkable to the enchanting kuzhipally beach. The villa is a total private home with a mix of kerala and bohemian architecture. As the name goes the water body is full of life. You could walk across to the sparkling beach in the morning sunrise or join the local fishermen to indulge in some fishing activities or you could just watch how a cormorant dive into the water to come up with a fresh catch.

The property is a stand alone island property with just about 45 minutes from Cochin. Ideal for a small family of 4-6. It is a single bed room villa with a cosy loft with double bed to accommodate kids. The roof and loft is build with reclaimed wood to give it a traditional kerala feel and the floor is natural stone.The villa has a living room and spacious veranda all around facing the mesmerising back waters of kerala.

On one side we have the famous circle of Pokkali rice cultivation and shrimp farming done in cycles. You can indulge in vicious sight of catching shrimp and fish in huge quantities from our property from December to March which is the harvest season. Fresh catch from the farm could be prepared by our inhouse cook.

The property also has a caretaker room and a well equipped kitchen on a stand alone building separated from the main villa giving complete privacy to the guests.

We also have a small garden where we can offer you a private outdoor dining experience.
