Breakout Hotels was formed by Sajan Joseph and Shijo Varghese , hospitality professionals with a vast experience spread over 25 years with leading hotel groups . Since its inception, the company entered into strategic alliances with independently owned resorts across Kerala for marketing and management of their resorts. Though our main focus is on marketing and branding, we work very closely with
the managements of these resorts and implement innovative HR policies and latest concepts in guest relations. We have ensured that the "customer delight" is consistently delivered. Today the company has a network which is spread all over the country and ably supported by a team of about 15 sales and marketing proffesionals and associate offices.Shortly, we will have representatives in London and Dubai.As part of our expansion plans we are in talks with different resorts in north Kerala, Tamilnadu and Karnataka.
