The Old Courtyard Hotel Experience a forgotten era at this cozy, cultural gem. A historic and tranquil sanctuary with ten antique-appointed rooms in the very heart of old Fort Kochi.

Lovingly restored in 1999, it stands as a genuinely historical stay in colonial Fort Kochi. This used to be Lily Koder's house, which was bought over and lovingly renovated in 1999. It is now a Colonial Heritage Hotel in the centre of Fort Cochin. The architecture is Portuguese with beautiful arches, pillars and a courtyard to just relax and enjoy a calm oasis, peppered with plants and flowering

orchids. The rooms are all located on the 1st and second floor. It is not ideal for aged and mobility challenged guests. The rooms are spacious with the colonial ambiance. Mosquito nets over four poster beds, lots of antique furniture in all the rooms to compliment the wooden floor. All bedrooms have attached bathrooms with running hot and cold water and air conditioning. Higher categories of rooms have TV and mini fridge. Wifi is available especially in common areas. Some rooms are adjacent to a common verandah. If you love character in a place to spend a few days in while exploring Fort Cochin. This hotel is for you!
