Take a sip of tradition with one of Alappuzha's famous-
traditional toddy, served in rustic 'shaaps' nestled by backwaters, and accompanied with some delectable freshly caught seafood! 🍤🥂

'Kallu' AKA toddy (palm wine) is tapped in the mornings from the sap of coconuts, then fermented and sometimes flavoured with fruits to make a sweet and sour 'Nature's alcohol'- a favourite amongst our guests.
