As a child i always was fascinated and wondered that in order to make good food you need to have a lot of ingrediants and a very complex cooking method for the desired result.

as i grew up and learnt and understood about food i realized that food requires nothing but simplicity and quality of ingrediants.

so i made sure that the food we are going to serve you would come from the core of our heart but with a twist of simplicity.
