What we love most? Its thick, sculptural petals that almost don’t feel real.
Amma would turn these into the most beautiful floral arrangements — simple, elegant, and full of life. It’s a small detail, but one that carries so many memories.

I’m not always like Mathew, who’s more of a professional baker. For me, it’s simple—just home baking, experimenting with a few things now and then. But the moment I step into the bakery, it feels like a different world, and I really enjoy it.
We had some fresh pineapples from the plantation, so I tried a pineapple upside-down cake—and it came out really well. It was lovely.
