When we first began to look at Sowa Rigpa beyond medicine-through the lens of wellness and wholeness-we were stepping into something far deeper than we fully understood.
In Ladakh, one of the few remaining places in India that still holds this 2,500-year-old living lineage, the vision felt both sacred and uncertain.

We weren’t entirely sure how it would take shape, or who would walk this path with us.

But slowly, the right people began to arrive.
Seasoned practitioners, deeply rooted in tradition yet open to evolving its expression, came forward and joined hands.
