The villa , as it’s name suggests is majestic with a spectacular view of the Sahyadri hills in the
backdrop and surrounded with clouds and mist in the rainy season. You can enjoy staying at the villa in all the seasons .The winters are cooler than Mumbai and pune .You can enjoy bonfires and barbecues in winter . The clouds, mist shrouding the hills and streams running down the slopes of the hills just opposite the villa, provide a breathtaking view and a heavenly experience. There are numerous waterfalls and streams in the area around the villa and you can even enjoy bathing in a waterfall. The summers are cool and breezy as Lonavala is a hill station ,625 m above sea level. The private swimming pool is sure to keep you frolicking, while the lawn and beautiful garden calls for a stroll, or some quiet time spent sitting and admiring the beauty of nature while sipping on tea and sharing conversations. Enjoy a game of table tennis here, or break a sweat at the gym. The rooms are tidy and comfortable, and all of them have attached bathrooms. All meals are taken care of too. October to February is the best time of the year to enjoy the warm sunshine in the garden , play outdoor games and traditional rich food especially enjoyed in winters. Persons Allowed : 36 Persons. Maximum of 40 persons allowed Extra Charges of Rs 1200 for every additional guest above 36 persons . Ground floor - There is a huge air conditioned hall 1200 sqft (approx) which is most suitable for functions like Roka /Mehendi/engagement ceremony or birthday/kitty parties etc .A projector in the hall gives the feel of a theatre while watching television or movies . A pool table and TT table is also available in the hall in the ground floor . One air conditioned bedroom is on the ground floor with attached bathroom.A common bathroom is also attached to the hall. This Room is very much suitable for elderly people or for Kids. A large lawn with beautiful trees and flora give a serene atmosphere and can accommodate 100 plus persons for a lawn party and can also serve as an extension of the hall for functions and ceremonies . A private round swimming pool , with 30 ft diameter at the end of the lawn with shower area ,a washroom is inviting on any day.You can play music .speakers are available on request. A big conference /meditation/ party hall which can accommodate 40-50 persons situated next to the swimming pool is available on request at extra cost. A place for bonfire in the garden is provided and the caretaker will arrange for coal/wood to light a bonfire . First Floor
The first floor has five air conditioned bedrooms with attached bathrooms . All bedrooms have balconies that are interconnected . A mini gym is also a part of the first floor . The master bedroom has a view of the hills just opposite to the bungalow. During the rainy season several streams flow down the hills giving a beautiful view. Second Floor
The second floor with five air conditioned bedrooms with attached bathrooms and a big hall of 1000 Sqft gives a fantastic view of the hills . Food
Good food is the icing on a cake . Food of your choice can make your holiday fantastic . A cafeteria in the ground floor serves vegetarian food to the guests which is chargeable on per person basis as outside food is not allowed in the premises . Food of your choice can be prepared by giving your menu in advance . Cool drinks ,beverages are available on demand at extra cost . Tea and coffee is always available . You may get your own cook also. groceries can be procured by you or the cook which you hire or we can arrange for you . car parking
10 cars can be parked easily inside the bungalow and 4 can be parked out side the bungalow.
A separate room with washroom at the rear side of the bungalow is for cook/driver /servant to stay.
