Our CMD, Mr. Vinay Phadnis will be honored with the Award of Excellence under the "Promoters and Builders" category for the year 2011-12. The award will be given by Top Management Consortium, at the gracious hand of His Excellency Shri K. Shankarnarayanan , the Governor of Maharashtra.

Mr. Phadnis is amongst other top awardees in the fields of industry, environment, acting, social work, health and medicine, law and order and others.

The Awards of Excellence function will be on Sunday 2nd Dec 2012 at Courtyard Marriot.

Indian billiards player Pankaj Advani has won his seventh World Billiards title, beating defending champion Mike Russell in the final in the UK.

Advani, 27, repeated his 2009 victory against Russell, the 43-year-old Englishman, now settled in Qatar, who has won 10 titles himself.

Advani is India's top billiards player.

Advani defeated Russell by 1895-1216, after leading at the half-way mark in the final on Sunday night.
The Indian champion has won virtually every billiards title on offer at the national, Asian and world levels.

he Bangalore-based Advani, besides winning the IBSF World snooker crown in 2003, subsequently annexed the World billiards titles in 2005 (time and points formats) and repeated the double in 2008, while claiming the time format title in 2007 before pocketing his maiden World professional title in 2009 by defeating Russell 2030-1253 in the final.

India's Saina Nehwal win Denmark Open 2012
Indian badminton player and Olympic bronze medallist Saina Nehwal has won the Denmark Open Super Series Premier trophy.
Nehwal, 22, beat German's Juliane Schenk in the finals played on Sunday in Odense in Denmark.

The game was over in just 35 minutes with the score of 21-17 and 21-8.

Nehwal is ranked number four in world badminton. This is her fourth title win of the year. She also won gold at the Delhi 2010 Commonwealth Games.

Nehwal has won the Swiss Open title, the Thailand Open Grand Prix Gold title and the Indonesia Open Super Series Premier this year.
