Let me walk you through the villa:
Bedrooms: (3 bedrooms are on the ground floor)
-The villa has 3 bedrooms, two bedrooms equipped with an air-conditioner and an attached washroom.
- 1 Small bedroom doesn't have an AC but there is a ceiling fan and moveable cooler fan also.
-All bedrooms have double beds. Extra mattresses can be provided on request
- Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms
Living Room:
-The living area can accommodate up to 10 people
- A flat screen TV with DTH connection is available
- Guests have access to WiFi and a music system
Bathrooms:
- The villa has 2 private bathrooms and 1 common washroom
- All bathrooms have modern fixtures and are
equipped with geysers for 24/7 hot water supply
- Essentials such as towels and basic toiletries are provided in all bathrooms
Kitchen and Meals:
- The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, a gas stove and a water purifier
- Guests have access to the kitchen and can prepare meals as per their convenience at extra cost
- Meals can be arranged for guests at an additional cost
- Crockery is available for 10 people
Lawn:
-The villa has a private artificial lawn
Pool:
-The villa has an outdoor pool that can accommodate 10 people
-No pool usage after 10:30 PM
- Kids must always be accompanied by adults
*Guest Experience:*
- A bonfire can be arranged with a prior notice at an additional cost
- Barbeque available on request
-A music system is also available at the villa
Other things to note
- This is a pet-friendly villa, however taking your pet in the pool is not allowed
-Secured parking space for 3 cars is available
- Driver's accommodation can be arranged at an additional cost
- A power backup is available at the villa
- Children must be supervised in and around the swimming pool
- Refundable 2000rs security deposit extra
- Extra person 1000rs per person extra
Guest Access
-Guests have access to the entire villa and all its indoor and outdoor spaces.
