📢 Farmers Protest: A Call for Justice Against Unlawful Land Seizure in Begusarai, Bihar 🙏

The farmers of Bishnupur Chand and Malhipur villages in Chakia Beehat, Barauni block, Begusarai district, Bihar, are facing a grave injustice. Their 2500 acres of land, legally registered since 1925, was recently seized by the district administration without any hearing or compensation. This land has been their source of livelihood for generations, recognized under the 1951 land laws and subsequent legal rulings.

On December 25, 2024, farmers organized a peaceful march from Chakia to Simaria Dham, protesting this injustice. They also met Shri Giriraj Singh, Hon’ble Minister of State for Textiles and MP from Begusarai, who assured them of his support and intervention. He has promised to discuss the matter with the District Magistrate (DM) and other authorities to find a resolution.

Request for Action:
We urge the Government of India, the State Government of Bihar, and all responsible authorities to address this issue immediately and provide justice to the farmers.

📢 किसानों के खिलाफ अन्याय: बेगूसराय, बिहार में ज़मीन की अवैध ज़ब्ती के खिलाफ न्याय की पुकार 🙏

चाकिया बीहट, बारा यूनि ब्लॉक, बेगूसराय जिला, बिहार के बिष्णुपुर चंद और मल्हीपुर गाँवों के किसानों को गंभीर अन्याय का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। उनकी 2500 एकड़ ज़मीन, जो 1925 से कानूनी रूप से दर्ज है, हाल ही में जिला प्रशासन द्वारा बिना किसी सुनवाई और मुआवजे के ज़ब्त कर ली गई। यह ज़मीन पीढ़ियों से उनकी आजीविका का स्रोत रही है और इसे 1951 के भूमि कानूनों और उसके बाद के कानूनी फैसलों के तहत मान्यता प्राप्त है।

25 दिसंबर 2024 को, किसानों ने चाकिया से सिमरिया धाम तक शांतिपूर्ण मार्च का आयोजन किया और इस अन्याय के खिलाफ अपनी आवाज़ उठाई। उन्होंने केंद्रीय वस्त्र राज्य मंत्री और बेगूसराय के सांसद श्री गिरिराज सिंह से भी मुलाकात की, जिन्होंने उनका समर्थन करते हुए समस्या का समाधान निकालने का आश्वासन दिया। श्री सिंह ने इस मुद्दे को जिला मजिस्ट्रेट (डीएम) और अन्य संबंधित अधिकारियों के समक्ष उठाने का वादा किया है।

हम भारत सरकार, बिहार सरकार, और सभी जिम्मेदार अधिकारियों से आग्रह करते हैं कि वे इस मुद्दे को तत्काल हल करें और किसानों को न्याय प्रदान करें।
