My name is Suganthi and at our Homestay you will find three generations of our family. Moorthy and Lakshmi are my parents who are natives of Mahabalipuram. We live right in the heart of the fisherman community next to the beach, with a fantastic view of the Shore Temple. Although our family are traditional, over the past 10 years there have been a few changes in our lives since the introduction of
surfing and skateboarding to the town. My brother Santhosh is a surfer, instructor and a surfboard shaper. My children Kamali and Harish both love to be in the ocean surfing or skateboarding just across the road from our house. We have 2 bedrooms upstairs, both with attached bathroom and shower. There is a shared balcony with hammock and a view of the ocean. I love to cook also, so can prepare homestyle fish dishes for dinner or breakfast traditional South Indian Idlys or dosa. We love to welcome people to our home and all who stay feel part of our family.
