Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel General Manager to lead our team and oversee all aspects of hotel operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional guest service abilities, and a proven track record of driving profitability and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Leadership: Provide visionary leadership to the hotel team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability. Lead by example and inspire staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Operations Management: Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and administrative functions. Ensure efficient and seamless operation to meet and exceed guest expectations.
• Financial Management: Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue, control costs, and optimize profitability. Analyze financial reports, set budgets, and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining service quality.
• Guest Satisfaction: Prioritize guest satisfaction and loyalty by ensuring high standards of service delivery and guest engagement. Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Staff Development: Recruit, train, and mentor department heads and staff to foster a skilled and motivated team. Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance staff performance and career growth.
• Quality Assurance: Uphold brand standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and quality assurance guidelines. Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence.
• Marketing and Sales: Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, attract new guests, and maximize occupancy rates. Participate in promotional activities and networking events to enhance the hotel’s visibility and reputation.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Sound knowledge of hotel operations, financial management, and industry trends.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and systems.
• Certification in Hotel Administration or related field (preferred).
