In regards to the a fake video which has been uploaded by facebook ID JASBIR SINGH regarding Hotel Chandan .The driver was not given commission as desired by him and as a result he uploaded fake video defaming us. We spoke to the customer and he said that they had not faced any hassle and were pleased with their stay. The audio recording of the same is with us and we have already filed an online FIR regarding the same in the cyber crime. We would request the hotel association to please support us in this regard and make sure that such drivers and incidents should be taken seriously so that in future such drivers dont create such issues for other Hotels.
