The Mandrem House is an elegant and comfortable villa with a scenic view of nearby green mountains, ever busy with chirping birds, peacocks and butterflies.

It is a rare opportunity to be amidst the madness of Goa, yet have the luxury of a peaceful and serene environment, a modern and comfortable accommodation that thrives on convenience, luxury and privacy.

The villa is nestled in a lavish mango orchard with trees of different sizes and ages. Around them our beautiful butterfly garden hosts hundreds of colorful and playful butterflies every season.

But, The Mandrem House is no ordinary house, we are more than just rooms!

A quiet and charming Cafe in the garden serves delightful food for walk-in guests and Villa residents. A variety of healthy salads, snacks and light dishes are perfect for hot Goan days along with freshly made fruit juices and drinks. All the furnitures in the garden are made out of waste, upcycled.

Our house is home to Green the Map shop, a fair trade Delhi based enterprise that turns a waste item into a new product far better in design and utility when compared to its original state. Wallets made from seatbelts, clutches from cans, bags from tyre tubes; the product chooses you.

Content at the core, always soulful and rich in experience, we host some content based evenings once in a while - poetry, readings, music, theatre and film screenings.

Our Mango Orchard is home to a DIY workshop on upcycling and repurposing, specially designed for those who always wondered what to do with those used pretty wine bottles, broken chairs and desks, old doors and windows.

Turning a waste item into a new products we want to influence the consumer mindset by propagating environment-friendly consumption. Our events and workshops are socially relevant focused on reaffirming the local identity, traditions & cultural development.

We are always looking for enthusiastic minds that can help us create the change along with being the change.
