Requirements
Education: Minimum qualification 12th pass (Graduation preferred).
Experience: 0-2 years of experience in insurance sales or a related field (freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
Ability to explain complex policies in a simple and clear manner.
Proficient in local languages (Kashmiri, Urdu, or Hindi) and English.
