Got this Special cut Pork thigh from
Boiled the whole thigh with sichuan peppercorns.
Marinated with Powdered Ginger/Garlic/Tomato/Black peppercorns
Seasoned with rock salt
Roasted in a gas oven....

It did really come out well... juicy and savoury...
