The Haven Newly constructed house maintaining a rustic look amidst lush greenery The house is situated on a prime location on the west side of Assagao in North Goa.

Its on the road which runs to Anjuna beach, the whole area is covered with lush greenery and maintains serenity and freshness. Its close to Anjuna, Baga and Vagator beaches. The outer view of the place maintains a rustic look amidst greenery. The rooms are well equipped to provide you with homely comfort. The complete top floor with two double occupancy rooms and two single occupancy rooms are for

rent. Balconies cover the north and south sides of the house. To fulfill the vision of the Portuguese house we built a six meter high ceiling. Although there are many renovated Portuguese houses, this house is uniquely built. As it is a newly constructed house all amenities are newly installed, the rooms are fully furnished with beds, rest chair, side table, chairs, wardrobe, LCD TV with cable connections, lights, fan, battery back-up inverter to cater to in case of a power outage, which is a very rare occurrence and if so then for a very short period of time, Solar water heaters to ensure 24 hours of hot and cold waters. The bathrooms have all new fixtures with a hand and top shower facility. Bed linen will be changed twice a week as well as services of a maid being provided. Do call 8407900853 for bookings
