The prime bungalow was originally the dwelling of Sir Pherozeshah Mehta. The 3rd president of Congress, fondly known as the Lion of Bombay, whose statue stands proud in front of the BMC HQs. The vintage aesthetic

of the bungalow has been preserved with only a few modifications done to cater to the requirements of this day and age. The noteworthy wooden fittings illuminate the vibe of aristocratic nobility. Furthermore, the one-acre-wide spacious property, brimming with greenery, guarantees a grandiose stay. Since the property is about a kilometre from the unrest of the market, guests can relish the feeling of tranquillity and calm. The sought after 7-point-circle, including Sunrise Point and One Tree Hill Point, starts not more than 5 minutes away, and guests can be enthralled with the charm of Matheran. The little chowk, with its romantic aura, is an excellent place for couples to enjoy a dreamy walk. On returning back to Radha Cottage, guests can savour the rich Maharashtrian cuisine, the pièce de résistance of which, is Puran Poli. One can enjoy the ambience of antiquity while sipping on a relaxing cup of tea. The exquisite vintage aura combined with the pristine element of nature is sure to provide an enchanting experience.
