People always ask - are you mountain or a sea person??
As a travel lover my obvious answer should be both....but than deep down my affinity towards water can’t be hidden ,be it sea , river or waterfall i am always a big yes to all of them around the year 🙈
In my last trip to Meghalaya i was fortunate to come across so many beautiful and untouched waterfall just like one i have shared in the post .
Meghalaya is the home for such awsome waterfalls which have crystal clear water and with very less tourist/traveller around.Both these reason makes such places a must visit in your next north east trip 🤗
Places with this serenity let you unwind your mind and soul both , it let you just be in the moment and feel it .

How to reach - its about 30 km from jowai and takes about 1 hr by road 🚙

Does it happens with any of you reading this, like a fear or kind of anxiety of not having a travel trip currently planned or booked .... sounds strange but it happens, and guess what ,google actually gave a word for this , its - Tripophobia
It may not be a dictionary word but for sure this feeling is for real.
Everytime when I am back from a trip , i feel i am physically back but my mind is in constant search for zeroing down the next travel destination.
The excitement of finding that new place, planning, making itinerary, collecting input about that place is all that gives that extra zest in my monotonous routine otherwise 💁‍♀️🤗
I completely feel that travel is the fuel which my mind needs to keep myself running in the hustle bustle city life 🚗🏢

This pic was taken in my recent trip to Meghalaya where a local kind soul helped us to reach this place little away from the main Sohra city for a beautiful sunset , supposedly from here we can have a clear view of Bangladesh borders .

Location - somewhere in Meghalaya, known as Umwai by the locals , very few people know about the spot,not sure about google map showing this in maps 📸
