World Environment Day 2026 – Inspiring Young Minds for a Greener Tomorrow

As part of our World Environment Day celebrations, Blanket Hotel & Spa, Munnar was privileged to organize a drawing competition for the students of Pallivasal LP School and Attukad Primary School on the theme "Green and Clean Munnar."

The creativity, imagination, and environmental awareness displayed by the children through their artwork were truly inspiring. Their drawings reflected a shared vision of a cleaner, greener, and more sustainable Munnar for future generations.

To further support the message of environmental responsibility, we distributed steel water bottles to the participating students, encouraging them to replace plastic water bottles with sustainable alternatives. Through this initiative, we hope to inspire young minds to embrace eco-friendly habits and become ambassadors for a plastic-free future.

Every drawing created, every steel bottle gifted, and every conversation started today is a step towards reducing plastic waste and protecting the natural beauty of Munnar.

A heartfelt thank you to the students, teachers, and school authorities for joining us in this meaningful initiative.

On the occasion of World No To***co Day 2026, Blanket Hotel & Spa, Munnar proudly partnered with the Devikulam Excise Range to conduct an awareness seminar promoting a to***co-free lifestyle.

We were privileged to have Mr. Sagar C.C., Assistant Excise Inspector, lead an insightful awareness session highlighting the harmful effects of to***co consumption and the importance of making healthier choices.

As a token of our gratitude, we were honoured to present a memento to Mr. Sagar C.C. for his valuable contribution to this initiative. The event also marked the beginning of our ongoing campaign supporting a to***co-free environment.
