SAPNNA NAIR ❤️

What a delight it was to have Chef Sapna spend a few days with us at Windermere Estate.

From the very first time we met her, we loved her energy and genuine passion for cooking. It was so infectious that we couldn’t resist asking if she’d be interested in spending a few days training our kitchen team. We’re so glad she said yes.

What followed was a wonderful few days of learning, experimenting, tasting, and plenty of laughter. Sapna has such a patient way of teaching, making every session enjoyable while sharing techniques, plating ideas, and the little details that make all the difference.

What we loved even more was how excited she was by the ingredients growing around the estate, always looking at what nature offered and imagining how it could find its way onto the table.

Thank you, Chef Sapna, for inspiring our team and reminding us that good food is as much about curiosity and joy as it is about skill
