Continental cuisine at supper! A delicious plate full of surprises took me back to my days of Ratatouille!

-Roasted Carrot and Tomato Soup, Egg Plant and Tomato Bruschetta, Cottage Cheese Steaks, Penne Alio Olio Peperoncino, Stir Fried Swiss Chard, Beet Root Salad, Buttered Vegetables, Potato Corn and Cheese nuggets and followed by a decadent Chocolate Brownie. Who's joining for Supper???
