The Rangers Reserve at the Corbett National Park near Ramnagar is nestled in the Bohrakot Reserve at the foothills of the lesser Himalayas in the district of Nainital and the Northern Indian beautiful state of Uttarakhand. This African themed all wooden Resort designed by John Hay comprises of 40 unique luxurious lodges done in a very picturesque Swiss style topped with thatched roofs. The Resort

is completed to the finest international standards by skilled craftsmen brought in from all over the world. Rangers boasts of a state of the art convention centre with a 350 capacity, large swimming pools and restaurants offering only the very best of locally grown cuisine prepared by international chefs all served in absolutely charming rustic surroundings. All lodges have very large forest facing balconies or gardens giving all our guests the opportunity to gaze at the multitude of highly coloured birds and butterflies in their natural habitat or watch the packs of Langur monkeys at play in the surrounding trees. The unit sizes vary from two bedrooms that sleep four adults or two couples in luxurious privacy, one bedroom duplex units suitable for a family of four and spacious studio units that very comfortably accomodate two. The lodges have been furnished to the highest standards and uniquely designed to compliment the surrounds. All aspects of the guests stay have been carefully considered, very special beds have been hand crafted to provide the best nights rest ever produced in the jungle anywhere in the world. Large screen TVs, mini bar, tea/coffee making facilities etc are basics in all lodges. All guests will have a multitude of pastimes at their disposal including :-
mini golf, amazing trekking trails, jogging and cycling paths, gymnasium facilities, archery, musical nights etc. For those who need to keep up to date on the markets a business centre facility is provided. Rangers also provides mini excursions, trips and safaris including
The Natures Basket a breakfast at the very edge of the forest in the shadow of the Dhanya Khetel mountain where you will enjoy local cuisine cooked on traditional chulas whilst enjoying breath taking scenery and an abundance of bird life singing their morning chorus. A trip to a local village which does not have electricity and still separate rice grains by using cows walking in circles and you can marvel at the ageless temple pillars left there by unknown ancestors.
