CHEF DAMU visited our hotel today and he was very delighted on tasting our MYSORE PAGU and GEE PLAIN and he also visited our kitchen and tried to make same dosa. He said that he will tell about this Dosa in his show and tell," Go and taste this Dosa once in your life time". Thanks Damu Sir and thanks our Ancestor.

Why our Ghee Plain (Dosai) is unique?
Generally a Dosai can be folded or rolled like a mat. But our Ghee Plain can be rolled like a cycle tyre, also it can be separated into two Dosai of course the quality of ghee and raw materials we use. On top of every thing blessings of our elders and our ethics in business.

Why is our Mysore Pagu is unique?
You can see pores o(i)n it. It is a traditional preparation. Generally you cont see it in today's style of Mysore paa or in pak. It is only about the texture but taste!!!! you feel and experience.
