De'Renee's Service Apartment is built over 2000 square feet covered area and is situated in a very commanding location where one can view the majestic statue of Lord Shiva, Chardham and Guru Padmashabhava, Samduptse from the lobby.
The Apartment is well furnished with furniture and upholsteries, the entire fact accommodating 2 spacious double bed room with spacious modern toilets, have been designed within a single floor which has two large furnished sitting areas, lobby, family room which open to a l well equipped modern kitchen cm dinning.
Huge spaces and minimum partition walls provide lot of fresh air and natural light, the entire flat is designed as user friendly and easy access especially to senior citizens.
We provide free WIFi services with 24 X 7 electricity, hot and cold water, cable TV. The kitchen is stacked with modern kitchen amenities like fridge, micro oven, modern utensils.
It is also stacked with a mini bar, where we provide imported whiskey, scotch, wine, beer etc which will be charged as per bottle/can.
Since the entire flat is spread over the same floor hence we can also provide with two separate double bed rooms, however in this case the common areas like lobby, living room kitchen needs to be shared.
Presently we only provide kitchen facilities, however if guests demand we can provide them with a cook on payment. we also provide car rentals, local tours, sight seeing, air port, railways pick up and drops.
We at the De'Renee's Service Apartment feel that each and every one of you should live like you are living at your home rather than being stuck in just a room: we believe it as "A Home Away from Home" and each one come as a guest and leave as a friend.
