Ms. Sanjana Verma

An alumni of the 1991 batch, Sanjana Verma started her career with ITC Maurya and then ventured into a career path that took her to Call Centers, Telecom, Customer Care and International She then transitioned to companies like RPG, Data Access and GE. After building an extensive ,not to mention incredibly impressive repertoire in the hospitality world. she started an inbound Travel Company focusing on adventure and cultural travel for the French Market - Shanti Travels. Post its phenomenal success, life came back a full circle to her first passion – Hotels. Today, she owns ,operates and manages Shanti Boutique Hotels with operations in New Delhi, Goa and Portugal

For Sanjana, the hotels that she builds and operates are an extension of her home and every guest who walks in is walking into her home. As most of her clientele is the International Traveler, each of her properties is completely unique and is focused on the ‘India Experience’. Every nook and corner of her hotels showcases Indian Art and Culture and each hotel is a museum of painstakingly curated art and sculpture from across the world. It’s no wonder that her properties are constantly winning awards and accolades. Shanti Home in Delhi and Shanti Morada in Goa are the most awarded hotels by TripAdvisor ,featuring every year in it’s best Hotels lists in various categories.
The same service levels and Indian Hospitality standards are now being showcased in Portugal where she is launching various hospitality ventures.
