Waste car in 30 months 8 times breakdown
Pathetic
8 time break down + 9 time service means 17 times in service center 2 times follow up total 19 (17 times Tata Autodeck Gurgaon)
It's not only car with safety after spending this much we can find better or equivalent.
Bought new car not 15 years old
Issues they are not able to sort out since first service mentioned on every job sheet and WhatsApp msgs
Flickering sound
Car runs towards left service manager say funny roads got slope on left
Back gear stucks often
After first service heating since than 5 times
Faulty battery
Bumper painted by them left paint on grills (safety another car got small dent mine broken plus Bonet plus fender)
Faulty spares installed.
Federline came down on highway after car came back from workshop.
Defected chrome strip installed.
Incomplete jobs mentioned in job cards every time
Waise I am safe as car remains in workshop.
Wrote mail till now no revert.
Car breakdown service pathetic (car picked after 6 hours but no vehicle sent to take us in late evening after promising vehicle along with towing van) left us with family on road in dark than denied they can't send so hire n send us bill) no option to claim bill which I ignored.
List is long they act like babu's in government offices.
